C &R Molds utilizes the best in tooling equipment for our moldmaking.
Our tooling department contains:
A wide variety of Haas CNC milling centers
CNC lathe centers
Surface grinders
Manual lathes and Mills
Wire and Sinker EDM machines
Complete sawing and cutting department
Welding and fabrication department
We manufacture our molds with 7075T651 Aluminum for small run tools to larger production using P-20, H-13 and 420 SS hardened steels. C& R Molds utilizes our own proprietary mold bases in many sizes to run insert cavities, which reduces lead times and costs so you get your tools on a much quicker turnaround. We also make self contained tools for customers and projects that demand their own bases.
